Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return is requested within 2 hours of receiving the product.
- The product is not categorized as non-returnable (e.g., certain perishable items, personalized products, etc.).
Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

- Provide relevant details about your order and reason for return.
- Wait for instructions from our customer support on how to proceed with the return.
Refund Process
Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 2 hours for the refund to be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Non-Returnable Items
